Local Phone Service types Benefits/Feature/Description
- Standard business lines (analog) and analog trunks
- Free Hunt Group - included with your BeyondVoice package. With a Hunt group, you can route calls to any open phone line to take a call when the main line is busy.
- Free standard features included such as Caller ID number, Call Forwarding, Remote Access to Call Forwarding (RACF), Call Blocking.
- Caller ID Name available for an additional fee
- Digital trunks and PRI lines
- DID (Direct Inward Dial) numbers - give all of your employees their own direct extension number so they can be reached directly, without going through a switchboard or receptionist.
- Cbeyond supports standard configurations for both Digital and PRI lines
