- Unified Messaging - receive your voicemail messages in your Email inbox to listen to, share, store, backup and forward (upgrade required).
- Toll-free access number - retrieve your messages by using an easy to remember access number, 1-888-MY-VM-BOX.
- Zero Out for Assistance - allows a caller to press '0' during the voicemail greeting to be transferred to another number.
- Message Notification - have your voicemail send a notification via phone, email and/or pager when you have a message waiting so you can respond even more quickly when away from your desk.
- Personal Work Schedule - determine when your after hours personal greeting will play. You can customize the schedule each day of the week.

The Cbeyond Advantage
Everything you need to manage your voicemail is available on CbeyondOnline, our Web-based account management tool. Change your password or other settings. You can make changes as often as you like and your changes take effect as soon as you submit them.
- Set-up Integrated voicemail so that you can share your voicemail box between your desk phone and mobile phone.
- Add or remove voicemail boxes when you have employee changes.
- Configure your "Zero Out for Assistance" number to forward callers to another number - for example, a receptionist or your cell phone.
- Configure your Personal Work Schedule to determine when your after hours greeting will play.
- Configure your message notification to receive an email, phone call and/or page when you have a new voicemail.
- Configure Unified Messaging to have voicemail messages sent directly to an email box so you can listen to them on your computer using standard media player software.

* To help you manage your capacity, the voicemail system will automatically purge messages more than 120 days old. The system also provides a warning when your voicemail reaches 80 percent of its storage capacity.
